Online services and electronic voting Vitec has arranged with Capita Registrars to use its online services. By logging on to www.capitaregistrars.com and selecting Shareholder Account Services you can make a transaction or dividend payment enquiry, add or change a dividend mandate or change your registered address. Capita Registrars also has an electronic voting facility. By logging on to www.capitaregistrars.com and selecting Shareholder Account Services you will find details of the annual general meeting including the venue and text of the resolutions. Shareholders have the facility to vote for, against or abstain and can split or restrict votes, appoint the Chairman of the meeting or a third party as their proxy and include any instruction text.
