Stephen is currently a Non-Executive Director, Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of Dialight plc. He was formerly a Non-Executive Director of Umeco plc.
He was responsible for setting up Weir's Oil & Gas Division, part of Weir Group plc, and was its Managing Director until he left to join Vitec. Prior to this he worked in senior roles at Danaher Corporation, Black & Decker, Unipart Group, Hepworth PLC and Technicolor Group.
Stephen has an MA from St. John's College, Cambridge.
Group Finance Director, British, aged 44, appointed to the Board on 24 April 2017.
Previously Kath was Acting Finance Director at Rexam PLC until its acquisition by Ball Corporation Inc. in June 2016. Kath had been with Rexam since 2007 in a number of senior financial and strategic leadership roles.
Prior to Rexam, Kath was with BOC Group plc for nine years, qualifying as a Chartered Management Accountant in 2001 and holding a number of operational financial roles in the UK and US.
Kath has an MBA with distinction from Manchester Business School and a first class degree in Business and Management from the University of Salford.
Group Business Development Director, British, aged 51, appointed to the Board on 4 January 2017
Martin has been with the Group since April 2003 in a variety of roles, most recently as Group Development & HR Director. Previously he held corporate development positions at Bunzl plc, at a broadcast equipment rental business and worked in investment banking at N M Rothschild.
Martin has an MA in Law from Trinity Hall, Cambridge. He trained and qualified as a solicitor with Linklaters & Alliance in the UK, is a Certified Accountant and has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
Group Company Secretary, British, appointed October 2008.
Previously Company Secretary of Waste Recycling Group. Prior to this Jon held company secretarial positions at GlaxoSmithKline, where he trained as a company secretary and Cable & Wireless where he was Deputy Company Secretary.
He holds a bachelor of law degree, a Masters in Legal Practice and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Group Communications Director, British, appointed July 2016.
Previously held the role of Corporate Marketing & Communications Director at Anite plc for five years.
A technology specialist, prior to this Jennifer was Marketing Communications Director at Atcore Technology Ltd, Northgate Information Solutions and Anite Public Sector Ltd.
Jennifer also has experience Agency-side working in marketing communications for MCI Group. A fluent Spanish speaker, Jennifer holds a BA in Marketing.
Divisional Chief Executive, Vitec Imaging Solutions Division, Italian, appointed March 2009.
Formerly Managing Director of Manfrotto. Prior to joining Vitec, Marco held various positions in general management and marketing for consumer goods companies including Newell Rubbermaid, Arc International and Dusholux GmbH, working extensively in the UK, US and France.
He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Milan, with postgraduate studies at London Business School and Bocconi University.

Previously President of Crane Merchandising Systems in South Carolina, USA. Prior to this Alan held senior positions for a number of manufacturing businesses including Weir Group, PFW Aerospace UK and Deloro Stellite.
Alan is a Chartered Engineer and holds a PhD in Metallurgy from Leeds University and an MBA from Loughborough University.
Divisional Chief Executive, Vitec Creative Solutions Division, American, appointed August 2013.
Nicol's appointment followed the company's acquisition of Teradek.
Nicol has an extensive technology background, from Denel Dynamics to GE's Digital Video Centre of Excellence where he was responsible for leading all engineering activities.
In 2008, he founded Teradek and grew the company into an international supplier of digital video products.
Nicol is a qualified Electronic Engineer (BSEE).
